What is a Divemaster Internship
After completing your Divemaster course, you have the opportunity to complete a two-month internship with us and gain valuable work experience. Here you can, among other things, lead your first dives, assist with courses and help us with the day-to-day business in the diving school. You will also receive a large part of your course costs for the basic course back.
Your tasks include:

What do you learn
Arbeiten in einer Tauchschule
Als vollwertiges Teammitglied unterstützt du alle täglichen Arbeiten. So verstehst du, was von einem Divemaster erwartet wird, und erhältst einen einzigartigen Einblick, was alles zur Führung einer erfolgreichen Tauchschule dazugehört. Dieses Wissen kannst du dann weltweit anwenden.
Eigenständige Fun Dives durchführen
Du sammelst wertvolle Erfahrungen bei Fun Dive Trips – von der Vorbereitung bis zum Logbuchstempeln. Dabei lernst du, Risiken abzuschätzen, Gefahren zu erkennen und sicher unter Wasser zu navigieren, während du deine Freude am tauchen mit anderen teilen kannst.
Betreuung von echten Kunden
Du wirst schnell merken, dass jeder Gast einzigartig ist und es nicht immer leicht ist, verschiedene Wünsche zu erfüllen. Jetzt kommt es darauf an, dein Divemaster-Wissen individuell anzuwenden, damit alle ein sicheres und unvergessliches Erlebnis haben. Das gesamte Team des Cyprus Diving Centre steht dir dabei mit wertvollen Tipps und Tricks zur Seite.

Costs - Earnings
During your internship you have the opportunity to receive credits for your Pro training.
Have you already completed your PADI Divemaster course with us?
You will then receive €30 back from your course fee per working day.
Would you like to take the PADI IDC course with us?
Then, as a PADI Divemaster, you can also have €30 per working day credited towards your PADI IDC training.
Requirements for the internship
In order to participate in the PADI Divemaster Internship, you must meet certain requirements:

passed PADI Divemaster course

At least 100 points in the diving skills workshop

When assessing professionalism, no grade below 4

PADI NITROX Certified

PADI membership and active status
-
Professional diving insurance (Aquamed)

Minimum age 23 years
-
Driving license for at least 2 years and experience with manual transmission
